Call Today for 24/7 Emergency Assistance
No matter what your water emergency is, we are her 24/7 to take care of your cleanup or repair needs.
Because of the continuous use of aging water systems, one of the biggest reasons for the increase in homeowner insurance claims is water pipe leaks.
Once corrosion begins in your water system, it can lead to ongoing systemic damage, such as cracking, pipe bursts, and eventual flooding. Repairing these leaks in the beginning stages is crucial if you’re to minimize the structural and financial impact water leaks can cause.
Our technicians are water system experts that are capable of finding leaking components throughout your property’s water systems by using several different testing processes including visual inspections, odor detection, foundation inspections, thermal imaging of walls, and more, to identify degraded piping elements.
We can also detect water main leaks that may be affecting the entire water supply throughout your property’s piping system. Call us for an estimate for your leaking water system – most repairs can be completed the same day!

Leak Detectors at a Glance!
Water pipes with no leak sounds are different than a pipe or area that has a leak or leaks. A smaller water leak will emit a sound that is too high of a frequency for people to hear, so this is why leak detectors are used. Some types of leak detectors take this sound and convert it to a level you can hear through a pair of headphones. The closer to the leak, the louder the sound gets.
Thermal imaging can also be used to detect changes in temperature or pressure-sensing gauges can be used to find out whether or not there is a change in the pipe's pressure or heat. These changes are a good indication that you have a leak while leak detectors help to pinpoint exactly where the crack or leak is.
Underground Leaks
Once you locate your water meter, walk around your property and shut off every possible water fixture you have. After all the fixtures are shut off, go back and check your water meter. If your water meter is still spinning, you have water a leak somewhere.
Looking back at your water bills to see if there was a spike anywhere recently may indicate the time period when the pipes developed a leak.
Large leaks can cause significant problems underground by eroding soil, which will cause voids, that can compromise the integrity of buildings without any water ever coming to the surface. We can quickly pinpoint known leaks when a water problem is identified or proactively search for leaks along a domestic water system.
If you find you do indeed have a leak, it’s important to contact a professional company to come in and confirm if you have a leak so they can fix it as it won't go away on its own and it could get much worse as time goes on.
We have several years of leak detection experience using the latest technological aids to find and repair water leaks while they are still just a nuisance. Call today before your leak gets out of control and you have a big mess leading to an expensive repair on your hands.
